Mother Mercy is an award-winning Newcastle cocktail bar group, ranked in the UK's Top 50 Cocktail Bars, built on expertly crafted drinks, table service and warm, effortless hospitality. It began as a basement bar beneath the historic Cloth Market and now runs five venues: Cloth Market, the Heaton neighbourhood bar on Chillingham Road, Mother Mercy at Fenwick (home of the Cocktails & Cake teapot afternoon tea), the new Durham bar on Silver Street and Café Mercy, an aperitivo cocktail café on Grey Street. Signature serves include the East 8 Hold Up, Hot Honey Margarita and Mirrorball Spritz, plus cocktail-making experiences, candle-making events and private hire.
