My Yorkshire Pubs is a small independent operator running five managed community and sports pubs across South and West Yorkshire and York: The Droppingwell in Kimberworth, The Banner Cross on Sheffield's Ecclesall Road, The Three Horseshoes in Headingley - the second stop on the Otley Run - The Haynook in Maltby, and The Cross Keys opposite York Racecourse. Each site is run by its own salaried manager with a head office team behind them, and the group runs a Training for the Future programme for people developing a career in hospitality.
