Barbara's Bier Haus

Barbara's Bier Haus is a chain of après-ski themed party bars — "party at its peak, zero altitude required" — operated by Neos Hospitality, with six venues in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff and Southampton. Each serves two-pint steins, beer towers and cocktails with pizzas and hotdogs, and runs a weekly programme of live music, karaoke, music bingo, boozy quizzes, bottomless brunches, live sport and late-night après sessions until 3am, plus a Ski Pass membership scheme. It recruits front-of-house, bar, management and marketing staff through Neos Hospitality's job board.

Bonnie Rogues

Bonnie Rogues is a "live and loud" party-pub brand from NEOS Hospitality (also behind Barbara's Bier Haus): pub food and happy-hour drinks by day, bottomless brunches, quizzes, live music and live sport, and late-night parties after dark. Five UK sites — Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Kingston upon Thames and Swansea — with group-wide recruitment for bar, kitchen, floor, management and marketing roles via the NEOS careers portal.

Circuit

Circuit is a UK nightclub brand established in 2023, billing itself as the country's newest and biggest — two rooms of essential music, new sounds, unique concepts and weekly events, open Fridays and Saturdays 10.30pm–3am. Five clubs: Bristol Harbourside, Cardiff, York, Kingston upon Thames and Southampton, each with its own community, VIP tables, venue hire and cloakroom. Over-18s with ID.
