New Dawn Pubs

New Dawn Pubs (NDPC Ltd) is a three-strong collection of boutique pubs in Surrey and Hampshire, run from 5 Castle Street in Farnham. Founders Mark Robson and Mark Williams bought their first pub in 2001, built Red Mist Leisure to 16 sites over 18 years, sold it, and started again in June 2022 with a deliberately small, hands-on group: The Castle in Farnham, The Gomshall Mill near Guildford and The Red Lion in Odiham. Each pub keeps its own character while the group stays close to its teams, local suppliers and communities. Team members get a competitive wage, gratuities, free meals on duty, 30% off across all the pubs, learning and development support and apprenticeship opportunities; applications go through the careers page or direct to the people team.
