Nobu

Nobu is the global Japanese restaurant group founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, known for dishes such as black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño and sea bass ponzu, and for a style that blends Japanese technique with Peruvian influence. It operates restaurants and hotels worldwide; in the UK it currently lists two London restaurants, the original on Old Park Lane and one inside Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. Alongside the restaurants the group runs private events and catering, sushi masterclasses, and Nobu at Home takeout.
