Nuvola Pizza

Nuvola Pizza is an independent Neapolitan pizzeria founded by Fatjon, a pizzaiolo who trained in Naples before moving to London in 2018. Named after the Italian for cloud, it uses the biga method and long fermentation for a light, soft, highly digestible dough, cooked in a wood-fired oven at its Brixton Village original and a second site in Boxpark Croydon, with delivery and takeaway from both.
