Old Mill Inns is the pub estate of Old Mill Brewery, a small independent family-owned brewery established in 1983 in an 18th-century former corn mill and maltings on Mill Street in Snaith, East Yorkshire. Its eleven pubs and inns across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire - the Brewers Arms a stone's throw from the brewery in Snaith, the Bay Horse inns at Great Heck and Burythorpe, Kirklands Hotel in Outwood, the Lord Nelson in Brigg, the Marsh in Cleckheaton, the Punchbowl Inn in Thorne, the Star Inn at North Dalton, the Victoria Hotel in York, the White Gate in Mirfield and the Wellington Hotel in Howden - pour award-winning Old Mill ales alongside traditional home-cooked English fare made with local produce, and most offer en-suite rooms. The pubs are run by operators under the brewery's Run An Inn tied-estate scheme, so recruitment is handled pub by pub.
