OMA is a Greek and eastern Mediterranean restaurant in Borough Market, inspired by the serenity and simplicity of the Greek isles with the bold flavours of the Levant and further afield. It sits in a thoughtfully restored site on Bedale Street, above its downstairs counterpart AGORA, and runs a wine list of more than 400 bins drawn from sun-washed coastlines.
