Ossett Brewery is a West Yorkshire brewer founded in 1997 behind the Brewers Pride in Ossett, best known for White Rat and the wider Rat range. Alongside the brewery it runs 25 pubs and bars across Leeds, Wakefield, Halifax, Huddersfield, York and North Yorkshire, from railway-arch bars like The Hop in Leeds and Archie's at Granary Wharf to the Grade II listed Three Pigeons in Halifax - one of only three surviving Art Deco pub interiors in the country - and The Old Peacock opposite Elland Road. Three are brew pubs: the Rat & Ratchet in Huddersfield, the Riverhead in Marsden and Luis Bar at the historic Fernandes Brewery in Wakefield. Several sites are run jointly with sister company SALT.
