Papa-Dum brings Indian street food from Mumbai to London, inspired by family recipes and Indian street-food culture — chaats, classic curries, biryani and wraps, plus what it calls probably the most authentic masala chai in London, a family blend unchanged for 30 years and sold as brew-at-home sets. The first Street Kitchen on James Street by Bond Street pairs a live kitchen and Bollywood classics with "organised chaos" and unlimited street-food nights; grab-and-go kitchens at London Wall and Paternoster Square feed the City by day. Corporate catering brings curries and street food to office lunches and events; "inspiring you to eat differently".
