Pastaio

Pastaio is British chef Stevie Parle's fresh pasta restaurant on Ganton Street in Soho, founded in 2017 to serve pasta that is affordable, nourishing and conscious of its environmental impact. Every morning the team of pastai makes pasta by hand, pairing it with radically seasonal produce from small growers in Italy and the UK, fairly priced from grower to distributor, with the best of sustainable British meat and fish.
