Pastificio Al Dente — "the house of fresh pasta" — is a London group of pastifici created by a group of Italian friends: handmade fresh pasta made on site every day, regional recipes cooked properly al dente, Aperol on the terrace and at-home pasta kits, with restaurants in Fitzrovia (Goodge Street), Monument and South Kensington. Praised by Time Out, Stylist and the Evening Standard as fresh, affordable and refreshingly un-gimmicky.
