Patty & Bun is the London burger brand founded by Joe Grossmann in 2012, famous for the Ari Gold cheeseburger, juicy beef patties in soft brioche buns and its music-led, no-fuss restaurants. After a decade of growth across central London, the business has refocused: its flagship restaurant is now Patty & Bun Canary Wharf in Wood Wharf (its 11th and biggest shop, with 55 seats inside and 35 on the terrace, lunch deals, cocktail happy hour and private hire), alongside concession kitchens inside Swingers crazy golf and Lane7 bowling venues, delivery-only kitchens across London on Deliveroo and Just Eat, click-and-collect, office deliveries and event hire.
