Bristol bakery and café group with five sites across the city, founded to make exceptional baked goods by traditional methods — long-fermented sourdough and the now-famous sourdoughnuts among them. Counters are stocked daily with artisan breads, pastries, focaccia sandwiches, toasties, seasonal salads and cakes alongside a brunch menu and office catering. Suppliers are chosen for quality and sustainability: The Newt for locally grown ingredients and cider by-products, Yallah Coffee — a Cornish speciality roaster that imports some coffee by sail — and Bristol direct-trade importer Degusta.
