Pix Pintxos

Pix is the UK's first pintxo bar operator, opened in 2009 and inspired by the pintxo bars of San Sebastián and Barcelona. Its Soho bar on Bateman Street (with the Rooms By The Hour speakeasy in the basement) and its Carnaby bar on Ganton Street serve Basque miniature tapas, Spanish wines and cocktails, plus off-site catering. Pix recruits bar, floor and kitchen staff through an online application form, offering rapid progression or flexible hours.
