Purezza

Purezza is the UK's first vegan pizzeria, founded in Brighton by vegan couple Tim and Stefania and now with restaurants in Brighton, Camden and Manchester. It pioneered plant-based cheese and wholegrain sourdough pizza — winner of the National Pizza of the Year Award — and runs a sustainable, gluten-free-friendly, dog-friendly, cashless operation with a kids-eat-free offer. Camden also hosts The Cheese Cellar, a candlelit vegan cheese and wine tasting experience on Friday and Saturday evenings. A community of people passionate about plant-based food and its impact on health, the environment and animal welfare.
