Ravello is a family-run Italian coffee and panino bar group in the City and Westminster, rooted in Parma and in great-grandfather Antonio Ostacchini's London cafés from the late 1800s; the family ran cafés in Soho, Cheapside and Westminster through the 1900s and opened Westminster's first coffee and panino bar in 1982. Still run by two brothers (co-owner Luigi Mazza), it serves real Italian coffee, award-winning pasticceria breakfasts and panini made fresh each morning on locally baked ciabatta and focaccia with Neapolitan mozzarella and burrata, Bologna mortadella and Parma prosciutto. Four sites — Telegraph Street, 41 and 44a Horseferry Road and Fenchurch Avenue — and a people-first culture: promoting from within, paying above minimum wage and investing in training.
