Red Dog Saloon is an American barbecue and burger restaurant group inspired by Austin, Texas: slow-smoked brisket, ribs and wings, dirty burgers, bourbon and frozen cocktails, live music and the notorious Hot Wings Challenge. Founded in Hoxton Square, it now runs sites in Hoxton (with Louie's Bar downstairs), Soho, Finsbury Park (a residency at the World's End), Liverpool, Nottingham and Southampton, plus a Barbecue Club, weekend breakfast across all locations, catering and delivery.
