Ria's

Ria's is an all-day Detroit-style pizza and natural wine bar founded in Notting Hill in 2023 by Ria and Dave Morgan-Ratcliffe, who swapped tech careers for dough after redundancy, with a second site on Foubert's Place in Soho. The pizza is thick, fluffy and crisp-edged, made with regenerative British flour and fermented for 72 hours; the seasonal drinks list is natural and low-intervention with Black Lines cocktails on tap.
