Rise Brunch

Rise is an independent all-day coffee and brunch brand from Preston — acai bowls, bagels, brunch plates, a gluten-friendly menu, house granola and "a reyt good brew" — with five sites: Preston's Miller Arcade (2019, the original), a coffee shop opposite Preston station (2023), York Fossgate (2022), York Museum Street (new for July 2026) and Liverpool's Exchange Flags (2025). Walk-ins only, dog-friendly, merch, gift cards and a run club.
