Rita's

Rita's is an independent Soho restaurant where modern American dining meets British and European produce, founded in 2012 and led by chef-owner Gabriel Pryce and beverage director Missy Flynn. The menus follow the seasons, with sustainably raised meat and line-caught fish, fresh produce from local organic farms around London and the best European markets, and a wine list drawn entirely from producers working organically, often biodynamically and usually without chemical intervention.
