Rockfish is Mitch Tonks' South Coast seafood restaurant group, on a mission to change the way Britain experiences seafood — "tomorrow's fish are still in the sea". Every morning it buys the best of the day's catch direct from the boats at Brixham fish market, where its own fishmongers prepare it for the restaurants by lunch and for next-day delivery via the Online Seafood Market. Twelve waterside restaurants across Devon and Dorset — Brixham (inside the fish market), Dartmouth (the original, 2008), Budleigh Beach, Exeter, Exmouth, Lyme Regis, Plymouth, Poole, Salcombe, Sidmouth, Torquay and Weymouth — plus harbourside takeaways, a Seafood Club, seasonaire and part-time roles, and an optional £1 community fund on every bill.
