Rosslyn Coffee

Rosslyn is a collection of award-winning, high-volume specialty coffee shops in the City of London, established in 2018 by Mat Russell and James Hennebry — the standards and detail of the great Australian café combined with the warmth of the great Irish pub. "Prompt, never rushed. Humble, yet assured. Always with purpose." Named after Rosslyn Street in West Melbourne, its shops are among the busiest specialty coffee bars in the world: Europe's Best Independent Café 2022, Financial Times top-30 coffee shops in the world, Condé Nast's best coffee shop in the City, and a Living Wage Champion Award winner (the 2022 Living Wage was launched at Rosslyn London Wall by the Mayor of London). Ten City sites from Queen Victoria Street and Ludgate Circus to Leadenhall Market, Liverpool Street and Cheapside, seasonal coffees from Origin roasted for milk, black and filter, an 80,000-bottle-a-year reusable milk system and compostable cups.
