Roti King is the cult Malaysian and Singaporean street-food restaurant group founded by Sugen Gopal, whose basement on Doric Way in Euston became famous for queues out the door for hand-stretched roti canai, dhal and curries, murtabak, laksa, char kway teow and nasi lemak. It now runs six no-reservations, walk-in restaurants — Euston, Waterloo (Lower Marsh), Battersea Power Station (Arches Lane), Spitalfields (Artillery Lane), Brighton (Ship Street) and Edinburgh (South St Andrew Street) — plus sister counter Gopal's Corner at Market Halls, with click & collect via Toast and Uber Eats delivery. Hiring across all sites via jobs@rotiking.com.
