Salkaara

Salkaara — from the Malayalam "salkaram", hospitality — is a small group of modern Indian restaurants in South Wales and Bristol presenting authentic, Kerala-influenced Indian cooking in a contemporary style, spiced so every flavour comes through: soft-shell crab, sea bass pollichathu in banana leaf, Payyoli lamb curry, tasting menus and a Berkmann wine list, with takeaway and online ordering. Four restaurants: Llandaff and Wellfield Road in Cardiff, Henleaze in Bristol and Bridgend.
