Salotto 31 is an Italian restaurant, pizzeria, wine bar and sports bar under one roof on Lovat Lane by Monument in the City of London. Head chef Ariel Pregot's menu reinterprets the flavours of Venice and the Serenissima in a modern way — homemade pasta, Scottish and Cornish seafood, Venetian-named dishes — alongside a casual pizzeria, wine bar and private dining and corporate hosting. Open Monday to Friday 9.30am–10.30pm, bar until 2am.
