SoBe Burger
SoBe Burger (short for South Beach) is a fast-growing UK smash burger brand founded in 2018 by school friends Tom and Alex after a trip to Miami's downtown burger joints. It grew first through delivery kitchens (1.3 million+ burgers) and is now rolling out franchised dine-in restaurants across the UK, serving smash burgers, chicken buns and sides — several sites fully halal — with a Student Club and regular offers. Dine-in sites include London (Stoke Newington, Kentish Town, Askew Road, Sheen, Ealing, Walthamstow, Harrow), Plymouth, Swindon, Leamington Spa, Norwich, Edinburgh, Luton, Farnborough, West Byfleet, Dunstable, Worcester, Nottingham, Dalkeith, Wokingham and Maidenhead.
