Söderberg

Söderberg is an Edinburgh-based Swedish bakery and café business, passionate about sourdough and traditional Swedish baking — signature cardamom and cinnamon buns, cakes and coffee roasted to its own recipe for a proper fika. From its Quartermile bakery it runs seven cafés and bakery shops across Edinburgh (The Meadows, the Pavilion on Lister Square, Quartermile, Broughton Street, Stockbridge, Morningside and the West End) and two London cafés in East Dulwich and Wandsworth, open all day for coffee, buns and breakfast, brunch and lunch; the Pavilion and East Dulwich also serve Swedish meatball brunches, Scandi waffles and sourdough pizza. It also runs cinnamon-bun masterclasses, private hire and event catering.
