Sodo Pizza

Sodo Pizza is a London group of sourdough pizza restaurants "building pizza from the base up": long-fermented dough milled from British heritage grains, seasonal, sustainable produce, natural wine and craft beer. It began in Clapton and now runs neighbourhood restaurants in Clapton, Bethnal Green (a railway arch on Poyser Street), Deptford and Walthamstow, plus pizza kitchens inside two Fuller's pubs — The George & Vulture in Hoxton and The Stonemasons Arms in Hammersmith. Deptford and Walthamstow offer a £10 lunchtime menu and Walthamstow serves weekend brunch; venue hire and collaborations across the group.
