SOHO Coffee Co
SOHO Coffee Co is a Cheltenham-founded café chain serving transparently and ethically sourced coffee alongside fresh, hand-made breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, soups and cakes made in its own kitchen and delivered daily to stores. It runs around 27 UK cafés — the City and West End of London, Cheltenham, Bristol, Leicester, Swindon and Merry Hill, plus airside sites at Birmingham, Bristol and Liverpool airports, a station kiosk in Northampton and counters in leisure centres and a Co-op — and a further dozen airport and mall franchises across Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Hungary and Qatar. A people-first employer that grows its own: 52% of managers started as team members and 14% of staff have five-plus years' service, with full- and part-time roles recruited via Harri after a trial shift.
