Steak & Company is the "home of the hot stone": a London steakhouse group where guests cook a curated selection of beef from around the world — rump to Wagyu — on a sizzling volcanic stone at the table, with a choice of flavoured salts, butters and sauces, plus cocktails and a farm-to-fork emphasis on provenance. Four restaurants in the West End and Kensington — Leicester Square (the flagship, open from breakfast with a terrace), Piccadilly Circus on Haymarket, Covent Garden on Garrick Street and Gloucester Road — with group and private dining. Hires management, front-of-house and kitchen teams at all levels, with a training programme for beginners and a bonus scheme for managers.
