Suya Jerks is a West African and Caribbean grill from the Cococure family, born in Stratford in 2019 — a love letter to West Africa's suya stands and Jamaica's jerk pans. Chicken and beef suya, jerk chicken and prawns grilled over pimento wood after a 24-hour marinade, jollof rice boxes, loaded fries and plantain; always halal, built for takeaway and delivery (direct, Uber Eats, Deliveroo) from two real kitchens at Aldgate (E1) and Stratford (E15), with dine-in at Cococure and catering from 10 to 300 heads.
