Tequila Mockingbird

Tequila Mockingbird is a group of party cocktail bars across London and St Albans — Covent Garden, Putney, Wimbledon, St Albans and, from September 2026, Monument — built around expertly made cocktails, DJ-led nights, private karaoke rooms, bottomless brunches (hoedown and throwback bingo editions), interactive darts, happy hours from opening (2-4-1 cocktails, £4 tequila shots) and stag, hen and Christmas parties. Its "Tequila Way" careers programme puts new bartenders through £4,500 of paid professional training; 60% of managers started as trainee bartenders, with a career pathway, personal development plans, 50% staff discount, two staff parties a year and employee-of-the-month trips.
