The Birkett Tap

The Birkett Tap is a city-centre pub and craft beer bar on Baldwin Street in Bristol's Old City, created from the former Molloys in a £400,000 refurbishment and named after the building's original architect. It pours one of Bristol's biggest craft beer and cider ranges alongside gins, cocktails and low-and-no, with a menu of wood-fired pizza, tapas and pub classics, a pool table, retro games nights and live sport on Sky and TNT.
