The Bothy Glasgow

The Bothy is a Scottish restaurant on Ruthven Lane in Glasgow's West End, opposite Ashton Lane and a minute from Hillhead subway. Its seasonal menus are built on provenance — Orkney beef, Arran cheese and produce from across Scotland — paired with a drinks list of Scottish whisky, gin and locally distilled spirits.
