The Chapter Collection

Part of Stonegate Group

The Chapter Collection is Stonegate Group's premium gastropub brand: seven London pubs - the Marquis of Westminster in Pimlico, the riverside Blue Anchor in Hammersmith, the Duke of Sussex in Waterloo, The Duchess opposite Selfridges, the Lillie Langtry in Fulham, Rocket in Canary Wharf and Bonds in Mayfair - each with its own character and story. Menus are printed fresh every morning and change four times a year with the seasons, built on British classics with a twist, Sunday roasts, steaks, reimagined cocktails, signature gins infused on site, curated wines and Cask Marque-accredited ales. Most sites offer private hire rooms, corporate party spaces and live sport, with a MiXR loyalty app and gift cards across the estate. The brand's values are Be Curious, Be Passionate and Be Honest; an annual Chapter Collection Master Chef competition puts a team member's winning dish on a seasonal menu, and every meal ends with a Harry Specters petit four supporting young autistic people. Roles are advertised on the Work With Us page, with Stonegate's training programmes and staff discounts across its managed pubs.
