The Culpeper Family is a B Corp-certified collective of four London pubs — The Culpeper in Spitalfields, The Duke Organic in Islington, The Green in Clerkenwell and The Buxton on Brick Lane — plus its own Little Farm in Deptford, created and run by chefs, architects, brewers and gardeners led by co-founders Gareth Roberts and Nicolas Treguer. United by sustainability, fermentation, organic and low-intervention produce and short supply chains, the family employs over 100 people across its pubs, kitchens, rooms and farm and recruits via careers@theculpeperfamily.com.

The Buxton is The Culpeper Family's pub and hotel at the end of Brick Lane, restored in 2019 with 15 bookable bedrooms, a guests' rooftop and an outdoor terrace. A smart open kitchen serves breakfast and all-day small plates alongside a seasonally changing low-intervention wine list.

The Culpeper is the firstborn of The Culpeper Family: a restored Victorian East End pub on Commercial Street, Spitalfields, named after the 17th-century botanist Nicholas Culpeper. It runs over four floors — a pub on the ground floor, a French bistro on the first, five bedrooms on the second and a rooftop garden with a wood-fired grill and City skyline views — with private events throughout.

The Duke Organic (the Duke of Cambridge) in Islington is Britain's first organic gastropub, Soil Association-certified since 1998 and part of The Culpeper Family since 2019. Colourful, seasonal organic cooking and considered drinks are served across the main pub room and conservatory, with short supply chains, minimal environmental impact and produce from the family's Deptford farm.

The Green is The Culpeper Family's plant-filled, light-flooded pub on Clerkenwell Green, a Grade II*-listed building that has housed a pub since 1781 and once the country's first women's boxing club. A bright ground-floor bar and upstairs events space serve local beers, seasonal cocktails and a low-intervention wine list, with private hire.
