The Doyle Collection is a family-owned group of luxury and urban hotels headquartered in Dublin, with eight properties across Ireland, the UK and Washington DC. In the UK it runs The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury and The Kensington in London and The Bristol on Bristol's harbourside, each with its own restaurants and bars: 108 Brasserie, 108 Bar and The Cocktail Bar in Marylebone; Dalloway Terrace, The Coral Room and The Bloomsbury Club Bar in Bloomsbury; Town House and The K Bar in South Kensington; and The River Grille and Rick's in Bristol. The Bloomsbury Hotel

The Bloomsbury is The Doyle Collection's luxury hotel on Great Russell Street, named among London's finest hotels in the Conde Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards 2025, a few steps from Covent Garden and Soho. Its food and drink spans Dalloway Terrace, a heated, quintessentially English outdoor restaurant named for Virginia Woolf's heroine, serving brunch, lunch, dinner and a celebrated afternoon tea; The Coral Room, a 1920s-inspired cocktail and wine bar designed with Martin Brudnizki beneath five Murano-glass chandeliers; and The Bloomsbury Club Bar, a jazz cocktail bar of leather armchairs, bookshelves and a twinkling grotto terrace.

The Bristol Hotel

The Bristol is The Doyle Collection's luxury hotel on Prince Street with an unbeatable waterfront position on Bristol's harbourside, at the heart of the city's creative quarter and close to Cabot Circus, the theatres and galleries. The River Grille, with lofty dimensions, wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling harbour views, is famed for its steaks, afternoon tea and pre-theatre menus, and Rick's is a glamorous harbourside cocktail bar of rattan, woven textiles and greenery serving crafted cocktails and small plates.

The Kensington Hotel

The Kensington is The Doyle Collection's luxury townhouse hotel on Queen's Gate in South Kensington, ranked 12th in the Conde Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards 2025 and a short walk from the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Town House, its restaurant across three interconnected drawing rooms, serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, pre-theatre menus and an art-inspired afternoon tea, while The K Bar is an art deco cocktail bar of oak panels, brass and mirrored walls run by award-winning bartenders.

The Marylebone Hotel

The Marylebone Hotel is The Doyle Collection's five-star hotel on Welbeck Street, whose food and drink runs along Marylebone Lane as 108 Brasserie — an all-day British brasserie with a terrace — and 108 Bar, its cocktail bar and lounge; recruitment runs through the Doyle Collection careers site.
