The Knox is a hidden speakeasy beneath the Sloane Square Hotel in Chelsea, inspired by the glamour and excess of the '70s and '80s — "where Scarface meets Studio 54". Rich red hues, glowing neon and retro décor set the scene for cocktails built around the Miami club era (Disco Inferno, Tipsy Flamingo, Yayo Mule) served at the bar or in plush private booths. Monday to Wednesday brings cocktails and food prepared by Côte Brasserie; Thursday to Saturday a rotating residency of vinyl DJs spins disco, funk and old-school beats. Hotel guests get a key at check-in for lift access via the disco-ball button; everyone else finds the black door and the red velvet stairs. Private hire for up to 120, with a VIP section for up to 25. A brand of Koretechx UK.
