The Real Italian Pizza Company

The Real Italian Pizza Company is a family-run pizzeria founded in Bath in July 2007 by Francesca Addabbo and Timothy Coffey: authentic thin-and-crispy pizzas hand-stretched and baked in about two minutes in a 500°C wood-fired oven — Bath's only traditional wood-fired pizza oven — served in a relaxed, fun family atmosphere, with a second restaurant in Cardiff city centre. Sister businesses in Bath include The Real Italian Ice Cream Company gelateria next door, Italian restaurant Joya and steakhouse The Herd; famous kids' pizza-making parties run at the Bath site.
