The Stable is "the people's pizza & cider house" — a South West-born group of ten relaxed restaurants in Bath, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Falmouth, Fistral Beach, Padstow, Plymouth and Winchester. Fresh sourdough pizza made from dough whipped up that day with British ingredients, loaded flatbreads and salads, a Saturday bottomless pizza brunch, and a hand-picked line-up of West Country ciders and craft beers. Bookings for any group size, walk-ins welcome; recruitment runs through Harri.
