Tinderbox Espresso

Tinderbox is a family of independent espresso bars serving Glasgow since 1998, when the original opened on Byres Road. Built on a simple philosophy — great coffee, great surrounds and great music — each bar is a "third place" away from work and home: espresso made with the Tinderbox blend (Rainforest Alliance certified beans from Brazil and Peru, roasted exclusively for Tinderbox in Glasgow at a carbon-neutral roastery), cakes and snacks, and a soundtrack that matters. Seven bars across the city: Byres Road, Merchant City, Princes Square, Charing Cross, Ibis Styles on Waterloo Street, Queen Street Station and Glasgow Fort, with more to come.
