TOKKIA (토끼야 — "hey, bunny" in Korean) is a Korean matcha house founded by Sooji, named for her bunny Hazelnut. The first "burrow" opened on Monmouth Street in Covent Garden, followed by a bakery-led second site on Berwick Street in Soho: matcha from the misty hillsides of Jeju and Hadong whisked to order, sogeum-bbang (Korean salt bread) fresh from the oven, and quiet corners to slow down in. The team believes in quiet joy and kind service, and is looking for Matcha Hosts (15–40 hrs, full training, hourly wage plus tips) and Bakers (25–40 hrs, early starts) — see the careers page.
