Tony's Pita

Tony's Pita is a family-run Greek restaurant brand founded in London by Elton Tony Shyti, who opened the first site in Swiss Cottage in December 2018 and was named Best Greek Restaurant at the British Kebab Awards in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Traditional recipes, charcoal-grilled gyros and souvlaki, freshly baked pita, homemade sauces and mezze are served in dine-in restaurants at Swiss Cottage, Ealing Broadway and Palmers Green (each seating 80–100), with newer delivery-led franchise units in Epsom, Seven Sisters and Leyton and a franchise and dark-kitchen programme behind further growth. Hires head chefs, grill chefs, wrap makers, managers, customer-service staff and kitchen porters through its own application form, and runs an employee-to-owner franchise pathway.
