Tsujiri is the Japanese matcha dessert and tea house founded in Uji, Kyoto in 1860 by Riemon Tsuji, serving ceremonial-grade matcha as lattes, soft-serve, parfaits, shaved ice and Japanese desserts. Its UK branches run as matcha dessert tea houses in London (Chinatown on Newport Court, Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City and Stratford Cross), Manchester (Chinatown on Faulkner Street and Circle Square), Newcastle Chinatown, Leeds and Liverpool.
