Vapiano

Vapiano is a laid-back Italian-inspired restaurant chain — founded in Hamburg in 2002 and now in more than 30 countries — making handmade fresh pasta, hand-stretched sourdough pizza and insalate to order in open kitchens staffed by its "Vapianisti". Its restaurants pair long sharing tables and lounge seating with QR-code ordering, a weekday lunch menu, "Vappy Hour" 2-for-1 cocktails (Monday to Friday 3–6pm) and the Vapiano Lovers loyalty app. The UK business runs four sites: Tottenham Court Road (St Giles Square), Paddington, Tower Bridge (Potters Fields) and Manchester (Corn Exchange).
