Vivat Bacchus is a South African restaurant and wine bar group founded in 2003, with two central London sites — Farringdon and London Bridge. Sustainable, seasonal menus built around steaks and South African dishes (ostrich, braai menus), London's largest South African wine list, walk-in cheese rooms and wine cellars, wine-pairing events like Club Carnivore and Passport to South Africa, a £16 lunch offer, and private dining rooms named after SA wine regions for corporate events, parties and weddings.
