The Wolseley Hospitality Group is the London restaurant company built around The Wolseley, the Grand Café that Chris Corbin and Jeremy King opened in the former Wolseley Motors showroom at 160 Piccadilly in 2003. Formerly Corbin & King, the group now runs nine individual restaurants run from the floor: The Wolseley Piccadilly and The Wolseley City, The Delaunay on Aldwych, Brasserie Zédel with Bar Américain and the Crazy Coqs cabaret, the neighbourhood cafés Colbert in Chelsea, Fischer's in Marylebone, Soutine in St John's Wood and Bellanger in Islington, and Manzi's seafood restaurant in Soho. It recruits front of house, kitchen, management and head office roles across the restaurants and describes its culture as a sense of family, with staff able to apply through its careers site or by emailing recruitment@thewolseleyhg.com.
