Yummy Pub Co is founder Anthony's independent collection, started in 2007, of two characterful London pubs: The Somers Town Coffee House, a four-floor Victorian pub between Euston and St Pancras, and The Victoria, an East End boozer big on fish beside Victoria Park in Mile End. People are at the heart of the business - without them it would just own big, beautiful buildings - and Yummy runs as an incubator: its Bar to Boardroom road map, first published in 2016 and downloaded 13,000 times, takes team members from induction to management and on to a share in a business of their own, with three alumni now owning venues.
