YUZU Street Food brings Asian flavours to the streets of Yorkshire. Founders Emily and Chris — on the street-food scene since 2015 — were inspired by a 2019 trip to Asia to share the dishes they'd discovered: katsu curry, bao buns, wings and ramen on an ever-changing compact seasonal menu, made with the best local ingredients so it looks amazing and tastes as good as it looks. YUZU runs "permanent pop-up" kitchens inside venues that all share one thing — a great beer selection: Brew York's taproom on Walmgate, The Old Grey Mare in Clifton, The Market Tap in Pocklington, Cold Bath Brewing Co. in Harrogate, the Howard Assembly Rooms bar in Leeds and Helmsley Brewing Co.'s taproom in Whitby — plus takeaway, event catering and a loyalty scheme.
